1. Spatto Company works for your Business and increases your income by sending more Customers, In return Company charges Commission On your sales .
2. Spatto requests you to work Legally under Indian business Act.
3. You are totally responsible For all your products , Services , staff behaviour and Any dispute with customers.
4. Any kind of cheating with Spatto and customer will not be tolerated. Spatto will block A/C code and will take legal Actions against you.
5. You will have to pay Commission on daily basis On all sales done through Company.
6. Spatto will not be responsible For any illegal activity done by you.
7. Admin will be paid commission based on base price excluding GST.
8. User can exchange the product after selling.
9. On the sale made by Spatto, the commission made will be paid with 18% GST.
10. All disputes are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.
